Really Cute Fall-themed place card holder
I saw this on www.harryanddavid.com
It's a little pumpkin that holds a chocolate truffle inside and a placecard holder on the putside stem..... They are expensive, but I think it averages to like $8 per pumpkin and you get 6 pumpkins and 12 chocolate truffles.
